Carl Stiansen: Hello… … Winter is well and truly here, and it’s a moment… one to reflect on things, to sit back and be toasty and… erm… well, hang on a minute…. Not quite… Wor Tom P’s putting his hat and gloves on and… he’s got some rather splendid seasonal ideas… out and about… in the garden.
